The highly anticipated return of the long-running reality show, hosted by superstar Salman Khan, kicked off with its grand premiere on Colors TV. During the event, Salman introduced the 18 contestants who will compete this season, which will also be available for streaming on the Jio Cinema app.
The final lineup of contestants for Bigg Boss Season 18 includes author and life coach Arfeen Khan and his wife Sara, Vivian Dsena, Viral Bhabhi Hema Sharma, Nyrra Banerjee, Muskan Bamne, Shoaib Ibrahim, Karanveer Mehra, Avinash Mishra, Shehzada Dhami, Shilpa Shirodkar, Rajat Dalal, Chum Darang, Chaahat Pandey, and Tejinder Singh Bagga, among others.
Nyrra was a participant on Khatron Ke Khiladi last year, and Karanveer Mehra recently emerged as a winner of the Rohit Shetty hosted series. Shilpa Shirodkar, known for her roles in films like Gopi Kishan, Vastav, and Hum, is also rumoured to join the show. Chum Darang is recognized as an actor and activist, while Tejinder Singh Bagga is a BJP politician.
In a surprising twist during the premiere, Salman confirmed Vivian Dsena and Alice Kaushik as finalists and revealed that a donkey would be joining the 18 contestants inside the house.
The theme for Bigg Boss 18 is time ka Tandava, focusing on concepts of the past, present, and future. The show airs on Colors TV from Monday to Sunday, and will also be live streamed on the Jio Cinema app.
